AC BROKEN AND THEY WILL TRY TO WAIT YOU OUT AND STEAL YOUR MONEY
Negative: NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING, dangerously dirty air vents. They didn't respond, charged me $1000, and WILL NOT REFUND me. I booked for 6 nights, and stayed for 20 minutes where I was trying to fix their air conditioning units. This was mind blowing.
Also Booking.Com is not helping, so you have no backup for when they steal your money.

Great summer vacation get away. Close to the beach. Fishing around the jetties and caught a monster snook and keeper man
Positive: The location was a short walk to the beach. Everything was furnished well. Central to restaurants and sight seeing.
Negative: The property is new and had a few glitches. TV in the living room was broken. No batteries in the bed room TV remote. I had to attach the handle on the freezer and tighten up the fridge handle. I’m very handy and had my tools in the truck.
