Positive: Clean, good location and access to trail.
Negative: Bikes were in poor shape, no beach, piers were shot.

Positive: Nice 1 bedroom condo. Pool with tiki bar and restaurant right on the water. Within walking distance to downtown Dunedin.

Positive: Die Wohnung lag in der 4. Etage mit Aufzug. Sie war gemütlich, mit kleinem Balkon zur Seite in die Bäume schauend.
Negative: Das Allgemeine war schmuddelig und abstoßend z.B. der Weg zum Pool ging an der Bar vorbei. Dort war gefühlt die Abstellkammer der Anlage.

Clean Comfortable Unit -- Dated Resort
Positive: Unit was very clean and bedding was extremely comfortable.
Negative: Resort is dated. Issue with key cards not working. Coffee maker was clogged beyond use.
